Email Delivery

Paid reports and requested results are delivered through Resend and standard email infrastructure. Transactional addresses remain attached to purchase and delivery records where needed for contract, tax, dispute, and support obligations. Marketing subscriptions are stored only when you opt in and can be revoked at any time.

Hosting Provider

citability.dev is hosted on Vercel. Your information is stored on Vercel's servers, which are located in the United States. Vercel is a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant provider.

Paid reports and billing records: Retained for delivery, support, tax, dispute, and contractual obligations, generally up to seven years
Marketing and push subscriptions: Retained while active; revoked records are removed after a 30-day suppression and audit window
Diagnostic events: Retained for up to 90 days; payment and delivery deduplication records may be retained for up to 400 days
Analytics data: Aggregated data follows the configured analytics provider's retention policy
