Sample report · real data, real domain

This is the report you get.

A real report for a real domain: chudi.dev, audited as part of our published six-domain AVR baseline (measured 2026-04-07). Nothing here is mocked up. Every number traces to the public benchmark data. Your report runs the same process on your domain, with current data.

The sentence you take to Monday's meeting

"At baseline, AI assistants mentioned chudi.dev in 25% of relevant answers but cited it as a source in 0%, while ahrefs.com (Domain Authority 92) was visible in 100% of answers yet cited in only 5%. Citations follow structure, not authority, and the first fix is below."

Benchmark vs. similar sites

Visibility is being mentioned in the answer. Citation is the higher bar: the engine links your URL as its source. Domain authority predicts visibility, not citation.

Method: Per domain, roughly 20 topic queries across ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and Claude. Visibility = the engine mentions the brand or topic, with or without a link. Citation = the engine links to a URL on the domain as a source.

What the audit found

01

Strong infrastructure, zero citations

chudi.dev passed the AI-readability infrastructure checks (foundation-strong) yet earned 0% citations at baseline. Foundation-strong infrastructure, no topic citations at baseline. This is the most common pattern for personal and small-company sites: the engines can read you, but nothing on the page is structured as a citable answer.

02

The gap is structure, not authority

In the same baseline, ahrefs.com (Domain Authority 92) was visible in 100% of relevant answers but cited only 5% of the time. Backlinks buy mentions; answer-first structure and original substance win the actual citation.

03

First fix to hand your team

At measurement time the audit found no per-page structured data and no FAQPage or HowTo schema on the subject domain. The first fix: add FAQPage schema to the top 3 pages that answer buyer questions, with the answer in the first 60 words. This is the highest-leverage structural change for citation eligibility.

What your own report adds beyond this sample

  • Current data for your domain (this sample shows the April 2026 baseline; your scan runs fresh)
  • Per-AI breakdown across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini (the baseline tested three engines; the scan tests four)
  • The 18 AI-readiness checks run against your own crawl surface, including robots.txt AI rules and bot response codes
  • On the paid audit: your own 20 buyer questions, the verbatim AI answers, and the competitors named instead of you

Reading your own numbers

If your visibility is healthy but your citation rate is near zero (the chudi.dev pattern above), the gap is link-back behavior: AI knows who you are and still sends the click somewhere else. If visibility itself is low, the AI tools cannot reliably find or read you in the first place. The free scan tells you which of the two you have. The full audit diagnoses why, with 5 to 7 prioritized fixes and the verbatim AI answers behind them.
